Shipping Policy – Lusso Watch

• Orders are processed within 1–2 business days after confirmation.

• Delivery time within Egypt usually takes 3–7 business days, depending on the customer’s location.

• Shipping fees:

  • Cairo & Giza: 50 EGP

  • Other governorates: 70 EGP

• Free delivery on orders above 2,000 EGP.

• Customers will receive a confirmation message with the order details once the shipment is dispatched.

• Lusso Watch is not responsible for delays caused by courier companies, incorrect addresses, or customer unavailability at the delivery time.
