Return & Exchange Policy – Lusso Watch

At Lusso Watch, customer satisfaction is our priority.

• Customers can request a return or exchange within 14 days from the delivery date.

• The item must be in its original condition, unused, and with all packaging and tags intact.

• For high-copy watches, returns or exchanges are accepted only if there is a manufacturing defect or the item was received different from the order.

• For original pieces, customers can return or exchange within 14 days for any reason, provided the item remains in its original condition.

• Refunds are processed to the original payment method or as store credit within 7 business days after inspection of the returned item.

• Shipping fees for returns or exchanges are paid by the customer unless the error is from Lusso Watch.
